Hi Bob: Yes there was notice much prior to AERC joining with AHSA. There was 
much discussion in AERC News. Many members of AERC are also members of AHSA. 
It would seem prudent to inform the Membership of this sudden change. Maybe 
it is good and maybe not, but we have a right to know and give our opinion.
