The ECTRA convention will be in your "backyard" the 3rd week-end in Feb.  Come on over, we're usually a pretty friendly group!  Let me know if you can make it and I'd be happy to meet you and introduce you to the PA riders that I know and they'll intro you to the rest!  (Check out the ECTRA link from the RC website.)
