Lease, Trainer, Instructor contracts/agreements

I'm looking for agreements for all of these as I found someone
who wants to lease one of my mares (that way I don't have to
 sell her hopefully) and my trainer/instructor is getting crap
 from our barn about not having agreements with her
 students/clients.  Any help would really be appreciated, we can
 edit them to come up with what we want to say.  Thanks
