I'M Confused...
Well, here it is... Scratches
I thought that just Guys got into these kind of matches. There is
another remedy that may work though it is probably a lot easier for guys
to apply. Drink lots of coffee or tea in the AM before starting the
ride. Before scratches appear, make sure you stop at least 10 miles into
your ride and.... (women may find it easier to lift the affected foot
and observe whether there are scratches already there...before...) again
giving men their needed advantage in endurance riding.....
Now maybe this will become an accepted excuse that many of us need in
early parts of most endurance rides? Or maybe it WILL work? I'm so
confused with all of the advice that I don't know what? to do or put on
my horses feet, with or without scratches.
SO. Let's elect an AERC President that we think has the best platform
for preventing scratches and all agree to follow their advice and dues
structure for their term of office and see what happens?
STeve (probably in trouble again!!)
