This is the "official" news from the race director for the 2001 Ride and
Tie Championship in September at the Euer Valley Ranch, 20 minutes north
of Truckee.

2001 Ride & Tie Championship and Invitational Endurance Events will
include a 35 mile R&T, 15 mile R&T, 50 & 25 Mile sanctioned endurance
ride, 35 mile trail run, 20 mile ride/10K run Biathlon (on Sunday)

It is an 'invitational' event....meaning??? That runners and riders are
invited to come and camp at the area, experience the RAT hype and family
atmosphere and compete in their respective disciplines too.
