If you're feeding more than a pound and a half of iodinated salt a day, then
use non-iodinated. Otherwise, don't lose sleep over it. Or, just use the
non-iodinated for the e'lyte mix, or use half and half, or whatever.
Most likely source for iodine toxicity is kelp, actually. How's that for
useless cocktail party trivia? <g>
