If your horse doesn't take to beet pulp right away, perhaps you should start
off with Purina's Complete Advantage. It's about 40% beet pulp. Then you
could gradually add shredded beet pulp to it, and decrease the amount of
Complete Advantage. I usually use 1/3 Complete Advantage to 2/3 beet pulp.
Works for my picky guys.
