Having gone through this after a ride (Protest filed and up held) on several
horses I would suggest:

a. Contact Ride Management before the ride
b. Contact Ride Management at the ride
c. Contact the Protest and Grievance Committee as well as the Rules
Committee
d. Speak with the person even though you know they probably don't care
what you say

And if they still ride file a protest against the Rider, the Sponsor, the
Ride Management and the Vet.

in a CTR or LD (both rules say 4yrs)for a junior rider which would you do?

Keep in mind that this person must be very irresponsible to even think any 9
yr old should be riding a 2 yr old horse!
