I bought a SS when they first came out. It was rigged so weird that you felt like you needed wings to flap to get in a balanced position. I took mine to a ride when they were a "hot" saddle
and thankfully sold it.
IMO the best saddle out there for horse and rider is the Arabian Horse saddle. I bought mine used (like new) at the trade show last year from Bev Gray and my horse and I love it. QUALITY
workmanship, Quality leather,great fit. I don't even use a breast collar any more. I paid $450. for the Sport Saddle and they haven't improved a bit and the price is almost as high now as a good saddle.
