Thanks and congratulations!

The insurance regulation that could have dealt equestrians
and other recreational enthusiasts a costly blow has been
postponed. It was slated to take effect in May and now has
been postponed because of the large amount of response from
recreationists across the US who protested it. NPR news said
this morning that insurance companies deny that the regulations
would have had a negative effect but even the people who wrote
the original bill in 1996 or 97 said the regulations do not
reflect the intent of the bill. So pat yourselves on the back!
Thanks and congratulations to all who wrote in to protest these
regulations.
