Actually, I only remember one belly dancer and she was lovely and fairly
well covered.  The singers were great and very professional.  

In addition to the parties, The closing ceremonies had cultural singing
and dancing and awards as awesome as the Olympic Closing Ceremonies and
just as tastefully done (but rather long).  Really, this race is a big
deal in the UAE and is covered by the international press, TV and
followed closely by the general citizenry.
