As of March 15, according to Tim Cordes, with the USDA/APHIS, the USDA ban
on the importation of all ruminants and all products from those animals does
not include horses. Horses from countries with FMD must be disinfected upon
entry into the US, but may still be imported from Europe. For daily updates
