Hmmmm....there's a difference between a complete supplement and a complete
feed.  A complete supplement is one that's ca-p balanced, that you don't
need to add vitamins to, etc etc.  A complete feed is one that's just that,
can provide the entirety of the horse's diet.  CA is a complete supplement,
but no way would I provide  a 12% fiber feed *only*.  And, as you suggest, I
don't like feeding pellets as the entirety of the diet, anyway.
