I had the exact same thing. Looked and acted like EPM, vet thought it was based on neurological. All other tests were negative. A second vet said he'd seen the same thing after worming with Quest. Yet a third vet was called in. All three said "there's nothing wrong with your horse". Ha! And all three are very good vets. None of the vets are recommending use of Quest. The neurological symptoms subsided, with the exception of an uncoordinated canter. The horse was retired as a trail horse due to that, so I don't have an update on whether or not her canter improved with time. If I still had the horse, I'd try the EPSM diet to see if it would help.
