Seeking a safe, sound, short, but perky horse 7-12 YO for a timid, balanced, featherweight rider.  Needs to be a "been there, done that, got the T-shirt", sort of horse capable of 25-50 miles.  Not looking for a top 10 horse.  Maybe top 20. Right now our shopping is limited to western WA, but who knows.
