Re: RC: Jumping/all purpose saddles
Hello all,
I've been saddle hunting and have found two that I really really like and was
wondering if any of you use them or if you have any comments on using one for
endurance riding. One is the COUNTY STABILIZER, the softest leather I've
ever felt, with special tree which keeps it stable no twisting, wide balanced
seat, can get longer and straighter flaps, square cantle, oh and the newer
lower spread panels for distributing the riders weight more evenly making a
comfy ride for the horse, also because it is a jumping saddle its lighter
weight, I'm riding in it today will let you know. The other one, Germania by
Thornhill "Spring II", is less money but a very nice low range saddle with a
balance deeper seat great knee rolls, very comfy and I think well made for
the price, also trying this week end. You might wonder why I'm trying all
purpose/jumping type saddles, I like leather, english, and lighter weight,
since I have enough of that alreadyOK>G< and there beautiful, alright>VBG<
