I do a CTR in KY in May, and the ride manager is probably around my height (5'3")
or a tad shorter.  Nice guy, rides a little POA who can't be much over 13 hands.
One year someone came in and told him he should borrow my friend's 16 hand -- or
16.1; I forget) Half Arab to trim the trail.  He told my friend that he was
willing but wanted to know who was going to provide the oxygen when he was up
that high.
