We have a 20 acre farm for rent with 5 fenced pastures, a 4 stall barn, arena and round pen.  The house is a 3000 sq ft custom home with pool, 3 bedroom, 2 3/4 baths.  Mexican tile, 2 fireplaces ( one in master bedroom).  The property is located 40 minutes off I-10,  south east of Tucson in Sierra Vista, AZ and the Huachuca Mt. Tucson is 1:15 minutes away.

Great riding and conditioning trails are all around from BLM to National Forrest.  This property could also be a great training/boarding facility.

We need to move to a lower elevation due to health.
