On-line ride entry form example

The ride manager for the Oconee ride has done something very nice in
directions
and entry forms that might be useful to other RMs at the following
location.

The entry form is online and allows credit card payment as well as
check.

Homestead is normally a free hosting service but don't know if what she
has
done is free.

Nice thing about this is that you will get the information in a very
readable form
and I can put a link in the on-line calendar to it for directions/entry.
