Spoiled in Ca / xmas cheer

Have to admit I am spoiled with this Cal. weather too and wouldn't change it for the world!  If I need a fireplace and snow I just drive up to the Sierras. The only drawback is Mystery sweats just at a walk so I have to hear the comments from non-horsey hikers who don't understand it is because of his thick winter coat.

I finally had some time yesterday to clean the boy up, put bright bows in his mane and trot around the watershed park to spread some xmas cheer.  Well, there was NOBODY out there!  Everyone must be doing their xmas shopping!  So instead we climbed a single track trail up the side of a spectacular canyon in an area we never get to go to because of the people.

Got to open an early gift too...cantle bags from sportstack...purple!  Now I'm ready to go spread more cheer! <g>
