Chevrolet truck - arbitration

To end the story with my Chevrolet Silverado.  They took it all the 
way to arbitration, which is a most interesting process, and I won.  
GM could offer no explanation for why I burned up my brakes at 
10,000 miles and experienced severe shaking when braking with a 
trailer hooked to the truck.  The sad part is that I will never know if 
the truck was simply a lemon or if Chevrolet new generation brakes 
have a serious glitch in them.  I did learn a lot about towing weights 
and advise anyone out there considering a new truck to do some 
serious research before trusting a sales person on what you can 
tow.  Bigger is not necessarily better, always check the numbers!  
So now I go truck shopping, again!
