I have to add that I would love to attend an AERC convention but I can't
afford to travel so far.  I can gamble all I want in Michigan anyway....I
think nowadays one is probably within one hour of a casino where ever they
may travel in Michigan (similar to access to a Great Lake anyway!).  So,
how about Michigan?  :)  Actually, I would be able to make it someplace
like Kentucky (pretty central, I think)...I understand the cost concern but
we do pay our dues and I would like even the opportunity to go once every
few years.  Our national convention for the American Rabbit Breeders
Association is moved around every year....2 years ago it was in Oregon,
this past year it was Kentucky and I think this year it's in Ohio
(?)...can't recall.  So does the Cardigan Corgi specialty shows.  Just
makes good sense even if it doesn't make good money.
