Convention
From my understanding the cost & logistics of getting all the AERC office
stuff, staff, awards, etc. is one reason it's hard to have the convention
elsewhere. I think it's worth the expense to move it every 4-5 years though.
How about Dallas, OK City, or KC? I think the main push needs to come from a
group in the area to put it on. Oh, ****, what was I thinking? Not TOO close
around here!!!
Seriously, as a vendor, Reno was cost prohibitive. The one in Kentucky was
GREAT for us, and could have been even better with more publicity. I was
looking forward to it coming closer this way again.
