Ironically, when a magazine is forced to accept a steady diet of
"donated" articles, it becomes even less able to weed out the hucksters,
who emerge from every quarter to fill the void....it's forced to print
whatever comes over the transom. You get what you pay for -- or, in this
instance, you may be stuck with what you don't have to pay for.
