Personally, I use Wintec English "leathers". They are exactly like the
traditional leathers, but are synthetic. They do not stretch, they do not
break, they last for many years, they are as good quality as expensive
leathers, you can hardly tell them from real leather, and they cost about
$40. The only downside I've noticed is that the synthetic rubs against the
real leather of the saddle causing the real thing too look a bit dull. For
all the benfits, I'm willing to settle for this slight disadvantage.
