Well that's my point, we need to figure out just how to do this. Not everyone
has access and not everyone cares to get their information on-line. We are in a
strange transition, not just AERC but society in general. We are going from the
written word distributed on paper to conveyed by electronic media. There are
tremendous cost saving involved. However, the AERC cannot move too fast in
this area because we cannot leave our member behind.
