Source For Tiny Ankle Boots?

    I use the small neoprene Toklat ankle boots on my mare's front ankles, 
but occasionally one will slip down over the pastern, because they are a 
little too big.  I'm afraid I might need "pony" size--or a make that comes 
smaller than Toklat's.  Any suggestions RideCampers?
