Notify your nearest Chinese Restaurant immediately about this problem.  They 
have special ways of handling difficult cats and have been known to herd them 
on horseback, although this might be a rumor cause the horses are never seen 
again either.  Let the owner know right away and cats will no longer be a 
problem for you and your neighbors.
