Sorry, but you are mistaken the kv is correct but it is milliamperage and
discharged from the condensor in millisecond pulses.

You'd be frying tonight, babe! Normal "household" current is 120 VOLTS, and
batteries
are 6 VOLTS. You would have be have a huge unit substation transformer to

convert THAT voltage! (kilovolts)
