FW: GPS
I've got a Garmin, which is small like a cell phone, runs ~8 hrs. on a pair
of AAs, and when you change batteries it saves status and memory. Great
except it failed after about 4 months and had to be replaced, which is scary
because I use to to mark my start point so I can find my way back.

Is it true that a GPS can track your mileage and rate of speed on a ride?
I
am interested in getting one and would like to hear from you if you're using
one that is good for distance riding. Thanks!
