I'm a big fan of Benadryl (or its generic equivalent).  I took it originally
because sleeping in the night air -- in my truck with the topper-- made it
hard for me to breathe.  Has the added affect of making me very sleepy.
Unless my friend's goofy mare is squealing at the horse next to her all
night, then sometimes it's hopeless...
