National Championship ride
Jody Welch jwelsh@peoplepc.com
I drove 1600 miles and to me it was worth every bit of effort it took to get there. The water was fine, vets were great, and the trail was tough, but do-able. You had to be in great condition to participate in the ride and do well. Thats what makes a championship ride a championship ride, if it had been easy, I would have been very dissapointed, I for one like a challenge and so does my horse, the same old, same old gets boreing. We need to support this sport as much as we can, if we don't you may find that there will be no more rides or people willing to go to the trouble to put them on, now wont that be a shame. So we need to be patient and suppotive of this ride untell it gets on its feet, and don't forget, they put this on for US, I assure you its not for the fun of it. So no whining, or complaining, if you were not there, who are you to judge it.
