Re: glucosamine question
Hi Indy
I correlated my weight to a horses (about 1/10th) and adjusted Cosequin
accordingly. BTW their stocks went WAY UP when the AMA said it would be
beneficial for humans as well. On the MSM, if you read the jars, it is
99.98% pure. I started with 1/4 tsp for a few days then increasing to a
half and then finally to 1 tsp/day. It is a great body detoxin so you
have to start slow or you will get sick from the detox process. My son
who had severe acne, got up to 2 heaping tsp/day and it not only cleared
up his acne. but also remodeled his scars--- something that the Beverly
Hills dermatologist had never seen before. Made him want to learn more
about this natural form of sulfur. Worked better than his high priced
antibiotics. This is all in addition to MSM's benefits for pain. It also
gets rid of dust mite remains in our systems which we breathe in while
sleeping on our mattresses and reverses the negative effects of Motrin
(something I've had to use much of in my life) I'm replying to this
publicly for others who have teens experiencing this very emotionally
challenging problem of acne. Can leave more than just facial scars. I
wish I'd discovered this supplement sooner--- for my son's sake.
