Thanks so much for your quick and thorough response.

It is very difficult for me to determine exactly what went wrong with your 
saddle fit, as I must confess I have never heard a similar story.  It does 
sound to me as though your saddle either does not fit your horse, or 
somewhere along the way had become improperly adjusted.  The drawback to a 
saddle as adjustable as the RP is that it can be assembled incorrectly as 
easily as it can be custom fit.

I would be happy to put you in touch with someone from the manufacturing 
center in Walsall if you would like to have your saddle fit evaluated.  If 
you would simply like to sell your saddle, please email me privately and we 
can discuss a price.  Or, you may wish to post your saddle for sale on 
ridecamp.  I get many inquiries for used saddles, and the demand exceeds my 
ability to supply such saddles.
