Does anybody pull their trailer with a hitch extension? 
	 I am trying to find out how safe this set-up is. We are in the process of buying a camper, but the best one for our purposes is 9'6", hangs over the truck bumper, so we'd need an extension for the trailer.  The idea makes me totally nervous
