Yeah, you can change to no mail.  

1)  Go to
http://www.endurance.net/Ridecamp/
2)  Click on subscription management.  
3.)  Enter your email address & click on submit
4)  Click on edit account
5)  Go down the page to "Ridecamp Subscription type" and click on the drop down box arrow
6)  Chose "none", go to the bottom of the page & click the submit button
