no mail?

I've lost the original subscribe message, and can't remember how to set the
list to not send me mail - we'll be in Australia for 2 weeks, and I can't
come back to 1000 messages.

IMHO, this might be a nice thing to have on the ridecamp web pages - I can
change options and unsubscribe there, but no way to just set the list to no
mail that I can see.

Can't remember the syntax for this list.
