I'll second that! The first ride where I used them it was a 100, I gave
them with my electrolytes at about every check (duh!) Was running 3rd at
80 miles, had a ton of horse left, straight A's, vetted through, went to
the trailer and he started a crampy colic. Vet said not to treat him,
just walk. I pulled, it passed in an hour or so and he ran in circles on
his picket line every time a horse went by. >cry< >sob< >kick dirt<
>sulk!< Now I just give them about once during a 50 if he has less than
an A on gut.
