The Kak worm spreads into your system because of a security hole in Outlook express.  Symantec AntiVirus Research Center (SARC) has written a detailed Knowledge Base document that will step you through the process of how to both remove this "KaK" worm from your computer, and also update your Outlook Express software to plug the security hole that allowed the worm to establish itself on the computer.
