I had my aluminum gooseneck's floor epoxied, and up about an inch and
a half on the sides. This was a few years ago, and cost about the
same as the spray in liners that were available at the time, around
$500.
This was after having several holes repaired in the solid floor, none
bigger than quarter-sized. My own fault for believing the friend I
bought the trailer from about the frequency with which she pulled
mats for cleaning. <sigh>
I've been very satisfied. Those with solid floors should really
consider getting something like what you describe.
