I am taking it at the moment for Crohn's and it does help. I take a tablespoonful before I go to bed. A friend of mine, who is into homeopathy, said that you don't necessarily dose by weight, and that horses needed surprisingly little in comparison to their body weight. When I sue homeopathic products, I usually start with a lot (nice, accurate measure that - "a lot") and then gradually decrease the dosage as you begin to see the effects. So, I would go with Mr Ivers and say begin with a cup and then decrease / increase as needed. BTW, for those of you dying to ask - I weigh 62 kgs.
