Good story with a happy ending.
Every year all my 4 of my horses get their teeth done. It isn't very
expensive since I have them done every fall by a vet who specializes in
dentistry. Maintenance is cheaper then work. I have him tranquilize all
of them.
The reason I try to do teeth in the fall is it is a less busy time for
the vet I use.
Costs less then a set of shoes per horse and gives peace of mind.
Best to have someone do the teeth who specializes in dentistry. Not all
vets have the experience to do a good job.
