HI Suzanne,
We carry an empty syringe, a film canister(35mm film comes in )with
1oz of Endura-Max electrolytes in it, and we add the water from the creek on
the trail. In the heat and humidity in INDIANA, we give a dose about every
11-12 miles. We dose them 2oz. the night before, and then they get 2oz.
before
the training ride or endurance ride. It's really hot here today!!
92+humidity makes it seems like 110!! Yikes....Diane Fruth
