Has anyone out there had a horse with
a facial crest fracial? My horse ran into
a fence. It cut her face open and the vet said that
she had broken this part of her head. Did not have a lot
to say about so enlighten me. Dovie >>
This is not an uncommon sort of injury. It can often result in a depression
at the site of the fracture, but in most cases this is just a blemish and has
no particular functional significance. If there is not much displacement,
some heal with no particular visible aftereffects, too.
