Hi All
in this months issue of Equus mag there is a formula for electrolyte
it is "remove a heaping table spoon of low fat lemon yogurt from an 8oz 
container then add equal parts of table salt and lite salt until the 
container is full again and mix well"
has anybody ever heard of this before
I mean yorgurt ---------- hell I won't even eat the stuff can not even 
imagine my gelding eating it
