The only thing I have found is hock boots. Not the neoprene kind, I have
never had good luck with those staying up. But the good lined leather hock
boots, with straps top and bottom. My stud does that to his hocks with deep
bedding and rubber mats. I also would try a drying product with antibiotic,
like a Furazone spray.
