What bloody difference does it make if the horse's back is level or not?

The point is (for me) how can I ride my horse down hills, during long
distance rides, without taking all night, and keeping him healthy (?)

If you stopped to think about physics every time you moved forward, you
wouldn't even be able to put one foot in front of the other and walk.  I
mean, think about the dyanics involved in every step you take.

It warmed up here today - 39 degrees!  WHOOOOHOOO!  But, I had to stay in
the office.  Hope the warmer weather  holds until the weekend.  I need to
ride!   A little less talk, and a lot more action.
