I agree 100%. At a ride in Alabama a number of years ago, there were
severe thunderstorms before the start. There was a barn where tables
with food had been set up. Quite a few people took refuge from the
storm there. Then, two people brought their horses into that area
with them! It created a dangerous situation. The ride manager
ordered them out, and when they were reluctant to leave the RM took
one of the horses by the halter and led it back outside himself. The
other rider was wrapping her horse's legs and wouldn't take her horse
out until she finished wrapping!
