It doesn't matter whose fault it was. If we want to change State Park policies everyone needs to e-mail the California State Park-American River District manager Bruce Kranz and let him know how you feel. His e-mail addresses are  bkran@sna.com and bkran@parks.ca.gov ,even riders who weren't there should complain about the self-contained policy, who knows you might be there next year.
