RE: Syria...spiral fracture

Hi Tom, 

You said:  "so that someday someone might avoid the same circumstances."  Is 
there anything the rider or horse can do differently to avoid this spiral 
fracture from occurring in the first place?  And what exactly do you mean by 
green line fracture?  Thanks very much.
